    I have found some website or blogsite use some keywords as like my attachement image. my question is, is this increase search engine ranking???
    if not then why they use like this???

    Your image isn't displaying but the thumb looks to be a form of tagging and it can help rankings.

    Yes it does, as Gazelle mentioned. On every blog post make some keywords as links; also tag each post.

    How to use this tagging???
    & where to use?

    I have a blogsite under blogger.com
    So how will i use this tagging for my blogsite?

    Are 'tagging' and 'blog post labels' same things???
