Is this illegal?

    I was going to my regular sites when I came accross this adsense placement. I am unsure whether it is illegal or not, please enlighten me.

    Because the Ads by Google and Advertise on this Site is half covered by the bottom of the frame

    Firefox sometimes has display issues, but you aren't supposed to alter the code in anyway - so yes, it would be against the TOS if they had done so but this doesn't look like an obvious attempt to hide "Ads by Google".
