I learn more everyday , especially since being on DP. But I still have a pressing question on keywords. When you (SEO gurus) talk about using keywords and keyword density is this what you mean? For example, I want to write an article on Using Kelley Blue Book , I then would go to a site like this and type in "Kelley Blue Book" I then click on that to see variations of it and again for other variations. Now as I write my article do I choose my keywords from those that came up when I did the search and then also include in the article the subsequent keywords that followed. All this while trying to use the terms as much as possible in the article? Thanks.
Yes, that is roughly what's meant by keyword density. But take into account that you don't want the keyword density to be too high, or google will think it's artificial. Have the main keyword (or key-phrase) in the title-tag, an h1-header and a few times (a 'natural' frequency) in the main text. Have a secondary key word / phrase in the description tag and an H2 header. Have keywords in H3 headers (if you have room for those) where fitting to the content.
