i am using this on the header of my blog , i would like to know if i am violating the Tos

It looks ok but you would really need to get the OK with Google, that is if you have doubt about it.

 

Ummmm sorry I'm confused... Why which part of the ToS would be be violating? I personally don't see anything wrong with it so is there something I'm not noticing?

No, I agree but I use the rule of thumb of when in doubt ask Google - keeps me safe

 

That’s just a background image isn’t it? It looks pretty normal and not deceiving anyone as part of the ads.

 

I agree that we should contact Google if we have doubts about our ad placement etc...

Well now I know we're talking about the lips, I personally wouldn't consider that anywhere near violating the ToS. It's not really causing undue attention to the ads as it's a background (if that makes sense)

But yeah that is just my own opinion...
