    What is the position of your site before? Is the keywords related to your site? If the position increase and the keyword is related to your site then it's good.

    if your site has a progress on its SE Results and has related keywords then i guess you're doing great with it... :)

    How long has your forum been up? I'm sure yours is ranked higher than mine, but mine has only been up for less than two weeks....

    Ofcourse its good if previously that site ranks lower for the keyword you are trying.

    If it used to be on the tenth page then it's good, as you're going in the right direction. In real terms - hardly anyone looks through 9 pages when they're searching for something...
