Is this good?

    I have been running my website now for just over 2 weeks and have earned a total of £2.17 on my site it's a new site just an online forum not an adsense based site or anything.

    It has a couple of ads in the header and footer like DP.

    Would you say this is promising?

    Any advice on how I can increase my earnings?

    Be nice I'm a n00b when it comes to all this

    I say it's good.

    Sometimes it takes months to start seeing any profits at all with a new site and no experience. keep it up.

    Try to put leaderboard ads in the body of the content also, use large rectangle
    Both will provide good ctr

    you say you have just started your website recently. in the initial age you have to use all three block which are allow and to link unit which will help you to increase CTR
