i have recently been doing meny link exchanges here is the link

but i have meny unrelated sites will this be good for getting my pagerank increased or worse ?

or is this better fusionbathrooms[couk]/backlinks.php

Exchange links only with good pr and related niche blogs then it will not be a problem.

 

As per my experience, Not So beneficent as some time before, but still have some importance.

I would go for "one way links" and not link exchanges. Simple link exchanges are not as powerful as back in the days unless you do a 3 way. One way links from relevant sites will produce great results. Have you tried link baiting? It's not easy but work great.

Its still good because it counts as you backlinks. And link exchange can help you to gain your traffic especially if you are exchanging your link to a websites who have a good source of traffic.
