You are going to want more ram... I would go with no less then 1 gb for proxys My opinion I would not go for a VPS to run a proxy net work (This is just my opion) We had a vsps for our proxys there was maybe 5 on there, and we crashed it.. Luckly they were only ours and we quickly moved them as we just bought a spot for 30 thousand visitors and as soon as the visitors starting coming the vps crashed..
