    I would say it is tragic!
    CTR: 0.14% is nothing and you should work on your ad placement and colours. 200k impressions sound really good though.
    For me best work the ads in the header and these in the side columns; still it depends and on the niche of your site.
    BTW I am not sure you are allowed to display publicly your CTR and eCPM!

    Well, maybe add some related text for a start. For example what is PR and bla-bla, so that adsense displays related SEO/webdesign ads. For me it showed bitefight...and not many webmasters will click on this one.
    Also you can put 1 more ad-block in the bottom - before or after the text.

    It's the average I would say. Your CTR is quite low though and that could possible hurt your CPC too.
    So take a look on it.
