Is this going to breach TOS wihout a border?

    Yes, TOS says you had best put a recognizable border around any images next to adsense ads.

    Should the images be bordered or the ads. From what I have read it is more reccommended to be on the safe side?

    oh ok. i just put a border around the adds will work on making it a nice display with a border.
