    It definitely looks to be adware. I can't help but wonder if at some point, it will give you a "warning" message of some sort, then of course, give you a link to go to a website and buy the software needed to "fix" the problem :)

    I am a regular user of Yahoo and its services and I have seen anything like this before, nor has anyone of my friends.
