I guess this is a cultural differnce because those don't look like adult images to me.

an adult ad would be for porn or the ad is pornographic.

but if you are offended by those pictures maybe you should just set it so adsense blocks ads from that advertiser

those aren't adult and anyways, it matters more where the landing page for the ad goes to...... if the landing page is adult then the ads would be against tos, otherwise no problem

Those are not Adult in any way. Adult is showing nipples, bare ass, crotch, and / or sex acts.

 

I dont think it is adult too, if it is, google will not accept it in adsense

Why is it strange? Google is an american company. Therefore it uses western values of what's 'adult'.
