Is this Fair and am i bound by any restrictions ??

I bought 10K istock images from petchay ( http://forums.digitalpoint.com/member.php?u=52064 ) . And i get these warning and stupid pms from him :

Im talking to a mod, and you'll be suspended. you'll see.
You don't have rights, cause I'm the one who sold this to you.

He bluntly threatening me there, now i paid his for re-sell rights, there were no conditions nothing as to where i can sell it.

And you know, that's kinda rude of you...

Now is there any rule on DP that i am not allowed to sell them here on DP just cause petchay thinks he owns me and where i sell them is controlled by him ?

Have reported him to mod/admin hoping some other memebers can tell who controls my rights where to sell them , petchay or myself.

You are limited to what's in your sales contract. So work it out with the guy you have a verbal/written contract with. And stop reporting eachother, we have nothing to do with this unprofessional behaviour.

 

Sorry sir user started it all first , i have resell rights and no conditions set as to where i can sell them when i made payments, he does not own where i can sell them no contract on that, and he should realize that and stop his annoying pms.

Mods don't really deal with personal issues. Just try to resolve these yourselves.

 

Personal issues fair enough but Petchay is selling like a wild thing right now. Cheap as chips for sure but you should maybe be reporting this in the thread you bought from Paidhosting, plus slinging a red I-trader his way rather than starting a new thread. That's what i-trader is for.

 

Yes e10 i am now more worried that i sold the images he sold to me with resell rights and seems like they are illegal as he has failed to provide and valid proof of his rights over the images. I hope that gets sorted out first.

Plus he has emailed me now 3rd time bitching about it, thats what annoys me the most as if he owns the forums here, and thanks didnt know that i could do itrader thing for such sales.

 

This is a bit childish , reporting each other etc .. Thats for teens i think .
