Is this even legal??

    While browsing around on some download websites, I found this website http://hostiazshare.freehostia.com/ Does Google allow publishers to use phrases such as please support our service by visiting our sponsors??

    As stated above, that's explicitly against the Adsense terms of service. The guy will be lucky to keep his Adsense account if he keeps that up.

    it's clearly against the adsense TOS - it says so explicitly.


    i guess he's not getting banned because he's a peanuts earner.
    and has yet to be scrutenzied.
