    Do you mean digital marketplace?
    If you want to write it from scratch, it will be a costly and time-consuming job because you'll need to code everything from the very basic functions to payment gateways. A job for a small team which will stretch for several months, I think.
    If you just want a digital marketplace, go to themeforest and search for "digital marketplace", I've seen some templates there.
