I have to URL http://forums.example.org/index.php?topic=1074.msg3826 http://forums.example.org/index.php?topic=1074.0 It has the same content will this be considered as duplicate content by google?
Depends if Google finds both pages. right now they have found none. If there are links within your site to both pages then Google will likely index both - and make one be the supplemental result. This is a problem because your "Page Rank" or "Se Juice" is being thinned out among many idnetical pages, rather than being given to a single page. This can be stopped by simply preventing Google from indexing certain pages by creating a robots.txt file.
Yah, same exact page but 2 distinct URL's. That is the definition of duplicate content. Can you get rid of one of the URL's?
