    Hi,

I recently found some domain with *****google.com (eg. layoutgoogle.com, watergoogle.com etc). Would this sort of domains violate their trademark?

    Thanks!

It can, especially if you have a commercial intent for it.

I would recommend to stay away from any domain names that can be trademark infringing. Anything with Google in it I would stay away from. If you develop, they would have the right to take it away from you and I do not think it is worth the problems that could occur. I would look for something original, brandable and pronounceable that you could market and profit from much more than from trademarked infringing domains. Hope that helps ;)

Well....let's put it this way...if you have to ask, then chances are pretty good that there might be issues. :D

I will give you credit though. You're thinking big! That's the kind of thinking that's needed for building great sites!
