Yep you are good. The only time you need to worry about a domain name being a problem is if it contains a trademarked term like Google.

But as mentioned those words are generic so you shouldn't encounter any trouble.

Most of them are not being sued. They received letter from the TM owner to give up their name. If you don't drop the name after you get sue, you might get sued.

If you know of someone who has a trademark or a web site using .any that does the same thing you are planning to do, you may want to pass on the name.

Otherwise if you can pick it up for a decent price, go for it. About the worse thing that will happen is that you lose what you paid.
