It's trademarked and you cannot use it.

i think you're already register this site and after post your question :)

no problem because you're use "Fans" word in your domain, but 99% risk in this domain.

Note: Never Register any Trademark or (R) website, otherwise if company blame for $$$$$ then how can you pay?

you're catch by your ip address, they find your web activity on google

or they find your DP id :):D

    Hello,
I have done the same thing here is what can happen. If you chose to use that domain name then what I would do is only advertise motorola products if they see that them they might not act on anything I own a domain name with ebay in the domain and I only push ebay information and its been 2 years and so far so good. But remember they can shut you down any day so keep any large investments low so if it dose happen it won't lose much money.

It might interest you to know that Motorola does take action, even to the full
extent of filing a frivolous dispute they eventually lost. Search online.

Then up to you if you want to risk it or not.

I'm pretty much sure it's a TOS violation of the eBay affiliate program to use other trademarked companies' names in your URL...

It doesnt matter if someone else has a website that breaches copyright though surely?

Some people slip through the net for a while, some people get hit loose ALOT of money in the process while they are fighting the battle in court for breach of copyright.
