Blinded by the light!! Its very bright! Maybe my screens to bright but alot of white is harsh sometimes!! Its def not a bad layout though!!!

 

The website have an elegant design. The copy is readable and the color combination is perfect. Great job!

I like the design, but it doesn't seem very original. It's clean and functional, but it just seems like another ordinary web 2.0 style website to me. Nothing jumps out at me and grabs my attention, which is something you definitely need when it comes to website design. I think the problem is too much white space and the interaction of the grey colors of your website with all the white. Together, they just seem very bland and they don't do much for the overall composition of the website.

You might want to experiment with putting your content infront of a white background but then having a really cool graphical background behind that. Don't be afraid to make different elements of your site bold, because right now they're a bit basic and predictable. You just need to jazz it up a bit, drift away from all the white, and you should be good to go.

 

There is alot of information on the home page, it should be shorter more to the point. Alot of the info is relevant but can be put into it's own page.

As far as the general public is concerned..they don't know crap about web hosting and don't care. Most people consult with their webmaster or who ever builds their website.

Very few of my clients take the time to search out web hosts. They ask me what to do, or to do it for them.
Only web people care about web hosting. And since most of us/them already have a number of preferred host, your target market is noobs and do it yourselfers.
