Is this design "GOOD" enough?

Hello guys, I am trying to get some input on the design and functionality of my site.

I would move the input box to the (vertical) center of the page and only move it up after the search is complete. Otherwise it looks very nice.

 

You need to fix that pressing "enter" in the search box does nothing. Especially since your autocomplete drop-down covers the buttons.

I have made these changes.

 

Couple more things: now, the header-bar (with the buttons) covers the logo - hence the logo is only clickable on the bottom third, since the top is covered by an invisible header box.
Second, the drop-down / auto-complete lingers in the middle of the page after video is loaded, unless you click the page itself.

Also, you might wanna look into just retrieving videos that are available for playback (I dunno if this is possible with the Youtube API, but I would assume it should be possible to check). Might be beyond your goal for the project, though.

 

You need to add a search button because after writing my query i don't know what to do next. Also change the header color which enhance its visibility over background. Otherwise your website design is good.
