my friend is saying that this is a correct email sent by a company:

Thank you for contacting us , please may you specify the URL that you used to submit your info ( Manually ) .

So we can look closer into this problem to help you as well

is correct to use "help you as well" ?????? for a company website

Well, the email is not really correct with it's use of 'help you as well'.

 

I think he is not ask the email address,

he is asking the "format of the email"

you format is right

 

Any professional company wouldn't contact you with grammar like that - regardless of where it's from.

The format is sort of suspicious - but I'm more concerned with the content of the letter.

If you give us the E-Mail address it was sent from, we can help you better.

 

I just want to ask for one thing
