Further more I've noticed a lot of the time the people that say they are going to do something about a so called copywrite infringement, do not follow up. Most of the time I think they try and use it as a scare tactic to try and gain some edge. If you are not in the U.S. and you have had the site up longer than she has had the copywrite I wouldn't take it too seriously myself. They probably don't even have the financial means to get a lawyer to follow up on it, let alone try and chase down international borders on some radical assumption that because after your site was already established they would copywrite a name and chase you down. If this were true I would copy write every name of everysite on the net that has established a good source of revenue and sue them all.

Everything you have posted should be ignored. First, it's not "copywrite" it's "copyright" - and you are confusing this with a trademark (as you don't copyright a name) - and in any case, you are wrong.

Learn the basics of trademark law before you post advice again. First usage established rights, so you can't go out and trademark a name after it is in use, for that particular usage, and then take the domain - so your idea isn't even possible.

Additionally, a WIPO can take your domain regardless of where you live or where it is hosted - it doesn't complicate anything.
