Is this copy legal from article

    Read the ToS at ISnare. It says that by submitting it to ISnare you agree to let others publish it. However, if that truly is your article (and not something you got from a PLR service) then the second site is not meeting the terms at ISnare (added a few lines and no by-line). So I would have to say that is infringing. However, had he put the by-line and not added text within the article (extra sentence at the end of the first paragraph), then it would not be infringement.
