Is this considered duplicate content? Anyone else doing this, it works.

I've figured out a neat way to drive done my bid cost and drive up my CTR, but my question is, is this method considered duplicate content by Google and can it eventually effect one's quality score?

What I do is set up several different pages, all with the basically the same content, but I replace the key word or phrase on the site to match the key word that I am bidding on in Google.

For instance, one page may be for the term "Volkswagen" and I set the destination url for that term in google to a page on my site title

www.MySite.com/Volkswagon.htm and then in the headline it would say something like, "Looking for a great used Volkswagen, then you've come to the right place"

Then spread throughout the page it would have several references to "Volkswagen" like "we link you to over 1200 Volkswagen dealers, who all specialize in great running Volkswagens"

Then lets say if I'm also bidding on the term "Suburban", I'll have basically the very same page layout, but replace the word "Volkswagen" with the word "Suburban" so that it reads

www.MySite.com/Suburban.htm and then in the headline it would say something like, "Looking for a great used Suburban, then you've come to the right place"

Then spread throughout the page it would have several references to "Suburban" like "we link you to over 1200 Suburban dealers, who all specialize in great running Suburban"

So my question is, does this count as duplicate content, even if it's on the same site, mine?
