    Hello !
I would like to promote some affiliate offers through this here method, and I am not sure if it can be considered 100% spam.

So, first I send a blast of lets say 10 000 mails. No links in the mail body, just pure text, offering something .
Now, a note will be added : " If you are trully interested, please reply to this email to get further instructions . Otherwise, do not reply, you will not receive this e-mail again "
Okay, so lets say some guys will do reply
When they do, they will get an autoresponder e-mail saying " hello, I am busy right now, but register here for FREE to see my pictures/videos" . Here an affiliate link will be added.
SO, is this 100% spamming affiliate links ?
And no, the email list is not opt-in, its crawled with spiders n such.
    Waiting for your thoughts.
P.S. I know sending unsolicitated e-mails is not allowed in the first place, but lets skip that part and focus on my question :p .
Thanks, and best of my regards.

This is spam pure and simple. I will say it is more underhanded than most spams with the addition of the autoresponder and such.

I believe that your affiliate program would consider it spam and cancel you affiliate account.
If you are not sure then ask them.

I think this is spam. If it was an opt-in list then it would be different.

Spam. You are sending mail which the user does not wish to see. Even if he wishes to see them, you are not entitled to hold the email addresses as they have not agreed to receive emails from you. best way is to grow an email list yourself.

I am sure you need to offer a one click opt out with that spam email.

Spam. Mailing scraped emails is a bad idea even if it isn't illegal where you live.
