Is this concept is right in search engines?

The title is just an enumeration...this is the first aspect of your site and for me is a little bit boring ! Is the first thing we see on google and is written with a larger font than the description. Description it's ok !

 

Title should be very sort just use main keywords in title

 

Be descriptive without actually having to repeat keywords

 

just dont stuff keywords , use one or two variations .... and keep that throughout your website ... remember , dont stuff

 

The title is to long and the whole title will not be displayed by google.

 

title should be short ...max 65 chars ...

 

I think the title should be verry short

 

title is too long. The description is awkward because of the keyword stuffing. Make it more natural.
