    well - banning the IP address may only be a short time solution.....the one doing the click-bombing may be getting his/her IP address dynamically or througe a proxy and in that case it will just be a lot of work banning IP adresses......

    Totally agree with this... its just that it takes some time to get updated. If the clicks are shown then you can pretty much expect to earn some money. :D
