Is this clear TOS

    Well the resources box is definitely a ToS violation. You may not label your ads as anything but "sponsors" or "advertisements".

    Also, it seems that the site makes use of ezine articles, but they don't give live links to the authors of the various article, now I'm no expert on the topic, but I'm sure that's against the usage agreement of the article sites.

    The resource box is a definite TOS Violation.

    As for the articles they have to have live links if provided by the author. So the links that are not working should be.

    free articles always stipulate that you MUST leave the resource box intact and the links back to the author's page visible.

    You can do a search on Copyscape and it will tell you what sites use the articles.
