I am looking for new ways to implement adsense on my site. You guys on DP are very inmormative. Is this site borderline TOS violation. i like the integration.

I think its border line because the images are perhaps too close to the ads.

Yes you do need a border between the image and the ad, but I see another issue as well-

You have mismatched graphic to ads- this is "misleading", and could cause someone looking for laptops or cars see your graphic and click the ad link for cellphones, thus inflating the cellphone advertizers costs. (and then get your self banned in the process)

Example of mismatched graphics are all the laptop and car graphics with the cellphone ads.

I think you can make each ad section display ads specfic to your graphic by using "section targeting" See this link for instructions on how to do this-- https://www.google.com/support/adsense/bin/answer.py?answer=23168
