Is this ban-able?

    Is this against google tos?

I have created a subdomain on one of my sites NAME.DOMAIN.COM.

Well the user I'm allowing to use it says he applied for adsense last night and got approved with the subdomain. I'm currently already approved with my DOMAIN.COM.

Firstly, I want to know if that's even possible for him?

Second, if he applied with NAME.DOMAIN.COM or even my DOMAIN.COM would google have accepted him if I was already accepted since it's my site?

Thirdly, his ads are displayed on the subdomain, not mine (so both aren't ever on the same page). Is this ok? Or is it ban-able?

I don't want to get banned and I figured I would ask here before google support. Thanks.

I would definitely contact google and alert them to the situation so they don't think you have dupe accounts.

I believe you have have multiple adsense users ad displayed on the same website so I imagine it would be fine, but as others suggested it is probably best to contact adsense directly to make sure.

Yes it is always better to ask from the owner about the problem.

if it's the domain that you applied with,it's a mistake someone made.
they're not suppose to approve sub-domains or a domain that was approved before unless it's a new owner.
    see above. ;)
you can have 1000 sub-domains with 1000 different adsense ids and it's ok.

I don't think it's a problem. You should contact Google just to make sure though.
