    Based on what I see, I think its a valid backlinks for the website you link on. The question is that how Google see that page. I try to take a look at the cache of that page but i got error on viewing it in google.

    That's a valid backlinks and the page is also in google cache now.

    I don't know if it is a valid link. I pulled up the page in Lynx and saw the comment. I clicked on it and I got nowhere. I just got a page that said it was going to refresh but never did(javascript redirect??).

    The snapshot has taken few days ago while the comment is of one day so i don't think that you would be able to see any kinda clue about the link in google chache before its next.
