    I came to know about a website you all probably know "iwriter.com" and i really fascinated with the design aspect.

    Can you suggest me what kid of platform it needed to design like this ?
    Also if any designer here can design like this for me ?

    That is a Custom made PHP based CMS, however you can do same job via WordPress
