Is this an OK "E-mail Subsciber" Conversion Percent?

    Hello everyone, I made a landing page that offers a free report/e-book on a specific topic, and requires the persons e-mail, and first name in order to download it (Double Opt-In).

    When I drive targeted traffic to it, about %20-%25 of people subscribe. I was wondering if this is a decent rate, or if I should be able to get something much higher?

    if its paid subscribe then thats not bad at all least i would be happy with it. if its free then that kinda sucks.
