Sorry I am new here but reading through the forums i understood whats against TOS and whats not. Recently while surfing I came across this site which has no or little content. http://www.supermp3.us.tt/ The original owner of the site is at www.yahworld.com This is the Thread where he is asking the users to click on the ads: http://www.yahworld.com/world/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=6784&postdays=0&postorder=asc&&start=0 (you might have to register to see the thread) For convenience of everyone else Here is a direct quote from the site admin named infernal himself asking other users to click the ads Is this a violation of adsense TOS ?
it's illegal because the ads are surrounded with this text: "Download free MP3-s from this site" that misleads visitors into thinking the ads are links. that's just one of the reasons, there's a lot of gray areas on the site too, not to mention misleading text such as "Any videoclip any mp3 and of cource free to download for you only from here Just check the links and you will be taken to the bigest database of mp3-s ya can ge6 on the interntet" this site looks like it was made by a 16 yr old kid
