Yes you can do that on Adbrite, as well as on many other networks. It may not work well, but you might get lucky and find something that does amazing for you. Don't do it on forums though.
Nothing wrong with your question. What I mean is don't post an ad in a thread here for some product you are trying to push Asking questions about how to do it though is fine. The only way to legally advertise stuff on a forum like this is through Adwords. But asking for help on learning how to do it is what this site is for
