Is this allowed?

I want to start a page on my site that says "Support Me" or something, and of course it has ads and the page will say how if you are interested in something, don't hesitate to click it, or don't be afraid to click, or something like that. However, that's encouraging users to click, and I believe that's against the AdSense TOS.

Another idea I have is writing a short paragraph about something and then saying "Check out these other links which can tell you more" or something like that. I'm just wondering if any of this is allowed, I don't want to be banned.

DO NOT mention your Adsense ads. EVER. Unless you run a webmaster forum (like DP) or a webmaster site, any mention of your Adsense ads can be interpreted as "hinting" at people to click on your ads, and are grounds for banishment.
