    No no i have been just confused because i know a lot of people wich are doing this and they are getting payment monthly and they dont get any warnings/bans or anything...

    Maybe you are right about that poer2b. It used to be right but without any nude or sexy pics as u have done but now they say it has not been allowed but still as u said people are implementing it and I haven't heard of any getting banned from that; but better stay away from it.. so who has applied and are still getting payments can you share? or pm me that!

    altough adsense that right or left side of a picture in a gallery is illegal
    is that true?

    I don't believe this is legal as it probably violates the ToS because people will click on the links thinking they are going to the content above the link.

    it is said that you are allowed to put images near ads but they must be seaparated by a line or border that not to look part of the ad

    As per picture shown, adsense is allowed. Only those adult site with nude picture are not allowed.
