    Isnt this "providing incentive" to click?

    You are basically paying people to click which is a big violation of the TOS. Its worded to sound like revenue sharing but it isn't. Accepted revenue sharing is when people use their own AdSense ID.

    I would stay away from a contest like that.

    It is a UK site. Something like SU*K.co.uk or something. (Play around with the letters just like the brand FCUK)...
