    I own a proxy site.

    I plan on buying proxy sites that have traffic, and redirecting them to my proxy, is that allowed?

    Why don't you just set up different proxy sites. No redirection.

    If you own both, then there shouldn't be a problem.

    I always redirect traffic from my sites to other (well not actual redirect, but ads).
