Is this allowed?

    I have stumbled over this site a few weeks ago: http://www.runescape-billions.com/

    The guy used to have yahoo ads on it, I think he got banned and now he uses google ads but also changed the layout a bit.
    So, is it allowed or not? It does say the link below, and there is one but I'm not sure if I should follow the example.

    That google will let him know that he had better change the wording of his click on the link below or they will ban him.

    yup.. thats right... it's like asking visitor to click the ads... it's against TOS.

    I see Yahoo ads on his site now...as far as Google is concerned I guess he'll get a warning 1st:)
