    Hi,

I was testing out the search engine position of my website and found it listed on this page:

    http://www.arbtracker.info/arbitrage/arbitragespreadbetting_2/

The page appears to show be either search engine results or a collection of excepts from various websites. However, none of the links are live.

Is this sort of thing legal? I feel that my site is being exploited by a s*** website.

    Regards,

    fcmisc.

That is a "scraper" site.. called that becaue it scrapes other websites for their content and uses it as its own. Is it legal? Well, in a court of law sense, probably not. Is it against Adsense terms of service? Probably. If you, as a browser, are dissatisfied with the Ads by Goooooogle, simply click on that name, and report why you don't think Adsense ads should be displayed on that crappy site.

Will Google do anything about the site to remove it from the search results? Probably not.

Those sites are called scrappers as VBmechanic said.
you can build them by using Cash Page Builder or any other same kind of software.
these are truly made for adsense sites.
