    Hi, be more specific. What exactly do you mean if it is permited to have adsense there on the site? Are these your adsense adverts?

    That site is very popular and it is not mine, I'm asking can we make floating adsense so it moves as we slide through website?

    thats a tough question as always with adsense : some may run it for ages, and some be banned.

    As long as you aren't forcing users to click involuntarily or make them click without intention on Google advertisements, as well as follow their other policies, it is permitted to my knowledge. Just don't make them intrusive or obstructing as they may deem this as an act to frustrate users into clicking it thinking they may go away.

    I am pretty sure it is. If the OP means a floating panel effectively, I am almost certain it is, I will check the TOS.

    Google actually makes differents - some may do it for years and some may do it for a week and they'll get benned.
    Google knows it for sure, but they just ignore it.
