    The quotes you're referencing don't seem applicable, but I do find that this page http://www.galip.com/g.php?q=hosting is in violation of G's policy - it's not a search page - it's an MLM and ads page which G forbades, as well as having more that 3 ads - also a big NO for the big G!

    Just because they say, "Web pages may not include incentives of any kind for users to click on ads" - Doesnt mean you arent allowed to blend the ads in to look natural on your site...
