Yes looks fine, but as a general tip (as you are still designing your site), it is often best to not have a "click here to enter" page.

    OK
    I WANNA RANT....

Why do people put ads on sites that are not finished.. or not even 50% finished!!! If you spent as much time on the content as you did finding out how many ads you could squeeze onto a page and which keywords were worth the most you would have a half decent site that would get more visitors and therefore more clicks on the ads. It's not like a new site is going to have 1000's of visitors in its first day / week / month.. so why bother!

    YOU MAKE ME MAD :S

    RANT OVER

What's wrong with wanting to see how things will fit in the layout? He said it's only 2 hours old and the site isn't done yet. It takes 10 seconds to put the ads in....not a big time waster.

titles above ads?...thats rich from someone with a 10,000 page thread about how to put pictures above adsense just to trick people into clicking. There is no trickery on my site just standard adsense banners...and i haven't even used the affiliate links i have to products like zonealarm.

the site isn't built for adsense, its built to provide links to great software.

    you want some do you?

Titles above ads IS against G's TOS unless they say "sponsored links" or similar. Putting "Assorted Utilities" as you have above your ads may as well say "Click on these ads"

My "10,000 page thread" has helped allot of people increase earnings the honest way, it is not TRICKING people into clicking the ads just drawing their eye to them, how does a picture of a pig make people ckick an ad? It just makes them read it and realise that is is something they may be interested in after all. if anyone is TRICKING people into clicks it is you sir.

And BEFORE I POSTED I emailed Google with a test page, which they reviewed and said (and I quote)

Would you be happy to email them your page?

And why do you ask people to comment on something which is "only 2 hours old" what sort of constructive criticism were you expecting giving such a poor ass attempt up to public scrutiny.

And as for putting ads on a site that is < 10% done... well it IS breaking the goodle TOS and by putting ads on it you are telling G where to find it, every view it gets they will see, do you want to risk them taking a look at your site and sending you a nasty email? Take them down, put in some temp images or something, for your own good.

    Bottom line...
the words you have put above the ads is against the TOS
"Publishers may not label the ads with text other than "sponsored links" or "advertisements." This includes any text directly above our ads that could be confused with, or attempt to be associated with Google ads."

building a site just for ads is against the TOS
"No Google ad may be placed on pages published specifically for the purpose of showing ads, whether or not the page content is relevant."

hmm, sort out that white menu on light grey background, its against the TOS :)
Your site must not contain broken links and must be launched, functioning, and easily navigable.

You get the idea.. at the mo, its a baaad site. go away, work on your adsense site, come back when it is has at least SOME worthwhile content and ask again. And stop fighting back by picking at other members sites and posts.

*promice to be nice if you do come back with a more finished site*

    WOW-
That webinjury site is so against the TOS, it's not even funny.
    Yeah, OK.
The "pages" links are white against yellow...practically imperceptible. (invisible)
Then there are the Adsense ads, bright as day for your clicking pleasure.
    It screams SCRAPER.
So who's sending it off to Google??

    I just did.
The line states to "Navigate through the pages on your left", but the actual site links are faded into the background so all you see are Google AdSense links.
    Navigate indeed.
It's what we call a scraper site.
Created for the sole purpose of generating revenue from Google's advertisers.

    You're new?
Be prepared to start writing A LOT of content, and resist the urge to game the system.
We'll all see our income disappear if scraper sites take over the industry...and it's close to that now.
