Is this allowed?

    I came across this site recently and they have quite a creative, but subtle, enhancement to their adsense ad block at the top.

    Two questions:

    1 - Is it allowed?
    2 - Do you know how to get that effect?

    I think it's a little dodgy even though it doesn't encourage people to click it. Google stipulate that you don't add anything or take anything away from their code. I noticed they don't use the same device in the lower ad block.

    I wonder if it is a new Google border - a development of round corners perhaps?
