I dont think thats too dangerous becuase we are allowed to write Sponsored links - then i think OUR SPONSORS is not too bad

but who knows :) except Google

That's funny...I noticed that the other day. There was a thread in GC about a cat-torturing game they have that I couldn't resist seeing for myself, and I saw the same thing.
Probably a matter of time...well done, but totally against TOS.

Ouch! :D Google reviewed my website personally over a prior issue, and deemed it to be in full compliance with their TOS after I had removed certain games. I'm not encouraging any clicks, and I doubt visitors even notice the comment for the most part. In all honesty, it is to make the website more 'filling,' in order to enhance the visual appeal. Even so, I appreciate your concerns, and will change it first thing tomorrow if you folks deem so necessary. After all, I'm still just learning!

That's a rather confident response, but could you direct me to the exact facet of their policies that I violated?

I have never, and never will encourage my visitors to click on any advertisements. I would rather earn less and make more conversions for my advertisers, rather than unethically pocketing more money at their expense. There are several other websites that violate the aforementioned policies abruptly, but I'm skeptical as to why this particular website was brought to light. The matter can only further nurture our knowledge, though, so I honestly look forward to additional responses.

Tell it to Google. Honestly, I think that we noticed it because it sticks out...and how are you not encouraging clicks? Adwords advertisers don't want clicks because your users feel sorry for you and want to pay your bills...they want clicks that draw attention all by themselves.
You're not a bad guy, and I totally see where you're coming from...everyone wants to pay the bills. But if the last Google check let it slide, do you really want to take a chance with the next one? The one that is investigating your competitor's report?
You have a nice site and shouldn't let something like this wreck your Adsense. Take out the questionable content, and maybe sign up for a few affiliate programs and have your visitors thank you that way.
    Just because we care.

That was truly not my intention; thank-you for pointing that out. I'm going to change all the pages tomorrow, which should be reflected by night! :)

I sense that your intentions were less to help; go ahead and report it. You appear to have a lot of free time on your hands.

Absolutely; I would like to know as well, given that Adsense reviewed my website earlier and never arose such concerns. Cheers Khang Le; that is your name, correct? ;)
