Is this allowed on YouTube?

    Image this. You are very famous on YouTube with several thousands (or even hundred of thousands) subscribers to your YouTube channel. You then sell advertising. People make a video, and they send you the video. They then PAY you to upload that video up onto your YouTube channel. And tere you go. You make money.

    Is this allowed or prohibited?
