Is this allowed in adsense?

    i have a doubt whether the adsense code added in this page is allowed or will it get banned?i thought it has no problems but someone,told,it will lead to banning of account.is it?..some one please give solid answers rather than ideas.

    it has two adsense code:eek:ne at the top and one at the right side of the the photo displayed[250*250 square box]

    i have doubt for the square box code:

    yes you cant use adsense. Use some type of affiliates. They will pay you higher.

    you need to seperate the adsense ad from you images.... its in adsense TOS

    By combining the image with the ad, you are tricking the visitors to click on the ad, which is not natural and against the TOS.

    It's like backing a cake without a recipe. Why do they even bother publishing a TOS when you can just ask an unrelated party for a definitive answer... yeah but this one guy said that I could... so
