    As long as there is sufficient content on the page then there should be no problem as it's not breaking any terms.

    It's perfectly fine with the TOS, but that placement will annoy the hell out of most users.

    WoW, i really did not see this "paint pasted" picture with extension .bmp and size of 2.9 MB for a long time!

    Nice work :) Dial up users will wait 3 hours to see this image!

    This placement is allowed only if there is some content. I saw on the picture URL that a forum will be there so you are only allowed to put ads in non-member area of the forum.

    I'd say no because:
    "No Google ad may be placed on pages published specifically for the purpose of showing ads, whether or not the page content is relevant. "

    With the ads all above the fold like this it's obviously just content to publish ads with, so you / they need be careful.

    lol nearly all of us have banner blindness so all those ads together will prob make you no monies at all
